1.1 Can I change or cancel my order?

1.3 I have not received an order confirmation, what now?

1.4 How can I pay with the discount code?
Do you have a discount code? You can enter this in the shopping cart. First enter all your details, then choose a payment method and then enter the discount code.

 

 

1.5 I have a question about Afterpay
At Lovelymusthaves you have the option to pay for your order afterwards. With the Afterpay payment method you do not need a debit card. You pay the invoice that you receive via email after placement.

 

Data Check

To approve your request for payment, AfterPay performs a data check. AfterPay has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with a different payment method. Invoice
You will receive the invoice by e-mail after you have received your order. You can pay this invoice when it suits you best, but pay attention to the payment term of 14 days. You can pay using the iDeal button in the invoice or by transferring the amount via internet banking. Make sure that you use the data from the invoice.

 

Return with Afterpay - entire order
When you return a total order, we will automatically notify AfterPay of this. You do not have to inform AfterPay of this yourself! For this we charge € 0.99 service costs.

 

Return with Afterpay - part of the order
When you return part of your order, we will also automatically notify Afterpay of this. So you don't have to report anything to Afterpay. Once they have processed the return shipment, they will send the adjusted invoice to you. Have you returned your products within the applicable time limit? Then you only pay for the products that you keep + shipping costs and transaction costs. For this we charge € 0.99 service costs.

 

No order yet, but an invoice?

2 Shipping and Returns
2.1 How do I get my money back if I return the item?

Is your order not exactly what you expected? A pity, but no problem to return it. At Lovelymusthaves you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of the invoice date.

After receiving your return shipment, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days. Lovelymusthaves handles returns quickly.

Please note that Lovelymusthaves will only handle returns if they are returned in their original packaging. Damaged and / or used items are rejected.

Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account in the case of a return. Make sure you always keep the proof of return of the parcel service until the return is fully processed. Return the items you wish to return or exchange in one shipment to ensure that the return shipment can be processed quickly. Non-identifiable returns are returned to the sender wherever possible.

Exchanging my order (in part)

Do you want to exchange an item because the color or size is not right? No problem, follow our normal return procedure and state on the delivery note or on a separately enclosed note which item you want to exchange and for which size and / or color. It is only possible to exchange an item for another item of the same price.

Keep in mind that items are sold out quickly and it is therefore not always possible to exchange your item. If this is the case, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.

3 Jewelery
3.1 How do I take care of my jewelry?
Lovelymusthaves jewelry loves a lot of love. Treat them with the best care so that you can enjoy them for an extra long time.

 

1. No contact with water. Do not shower and swim with your jewelry. Soap residues, chlorine and salt can remain on and in your jewelry, which ultimately causes discolouration.

2. Free from perfume / cream. Do not let your jewelry come into direct contact with soap, perfume, makeup, body lotion and hair spray.

3. Sweating. Take off your jewelry when you know that you are going to do heavy work or start a heavy workout. Sweat affects your jewelry and it is also a shame if you lose your jewelry.

4. Take your jewelry off before you go to sleep. Jewelry will wear out faster if you continue to wear them and there is a chance that they will break while sleeping.

5. Keep well. It is best to store your jewelry in a dark and dry place, for example in a bag or jewelry box.

6. Reduce the chance of knots. Close chains, bracelets and other jewelry with a clasp before you put it away. This reduces the chance of a knot forming in your jewelry.

7. Put your jewelry on last. It is best to put jewelry on as the very last one. Of course you don't want you to get caught up in something while changing.

8. Avoid high pressure. Avoid excessive pressure on elastic bracelets. Put them on with a policy so that the rack stays in the jewelery.

9. Be careful with sunlight or the sunbed. Do not expose your jewelry to strong sunlight or the sunbed. This can discolour your jewelry.
